Absolutely LOVE this place. I've seen a couple complaints about the price, it's very inexpensive, and that they sat for 40 minutes....Um, when open, I go to this restaurant 1 - 3 times per week. $8 for 4 pieces of dim sum is VERY cheap. Not sure it you go out often. $25 - $30 at a fast food restaurant. I've never sat for 10 minutes before food came out let alone 40 minutes. Will keep eating here, authentic Chinese food.

Tired and hungry, decided pork congee with a century egg would be good comfort food to bring home after visiting Rosine at Sierra Nevada Ballet's new home. I was right. It was good! And while waiting I had a milk tea sans boba in this really cute and sturdy cup. I think I can reuse that for awhile!

Food tasted good, prices were very nice, service was excellent, ambiance was nice. For the quality of food and the price this is a very nice place to eat. 5 stars beef stew meat with rice. Beef was tender, sauce was flavorful. For $12.99 this was great. 5 stars Siu Mai. Cooked perfectly and tasted great. Very good. 5 stars fried chicken wings. 6 pieces for $8.99. Wasn't sure about this when I ordered it, but like everything else I tried this tasted good.

Located just across the street from the Atlantis Casino parking lot, Dim Sum Hut is an oasis for Bay Areans desperately craving dim sum. Although the selection is not extensive here, I can say as of today, 9/3/24, every dim sum item I ordered was very good. The is a clean small space if you'd like to eat there or you can walk up and order to go and they make it right there seemingly from scratch. Had all of the following Dim Sum items (all very good): Chicken Feet Sticky Rice in lotus leaf Pork Shu Mai Ha Gow (shrimp dumpling) Would definitely come here again if in Reno and craving dim sum.

First time trying Dim sum in Reno and I was pleasantly surprised! Ordered takeout but the staff was nice and the ambiance was cute and would be a decent place to share a meal with friend or family.

First time Nice little Restuarant Thoroughly enjoyed their fried rice; I would've ordered two more - one each for breakfast, lunch and dinner Best we've tasted up here in Northern NV Tea, Fried spareribs and BBQ buns good Siu Mai okay

Small and quaint place located on the Moana street side of the Asian mart. My friend was curious about this place so we went for a lunch date. It wasn't busy and the lady behind the counter helped take our orders. She was super polite and took care of us with a smile. It definitely had a mom and pop feel to it, which I love. We ordered their dim sum platter, egg rolls, and a boba drink. The food came out quick and steaming hot. My favorites were the chicken and mushroom siu mai and the boba drink. I haven't seen that type of dim sum elsewhere and it was full of flavor! The drink was so pretty and the boba added an extra touch to the sweetness. My daughter loved it! We will probably return again soon since it is in the same parking lot as bowling and the Asian mart, which is some of our favorite places to visit :)

I'm digging this addition to our dim sum scene here in Reno! It has become a go to for us in between soccer games and I've enjoyed all of it and so have my kids. Many of the items seem to be made in house with the usual suspects likely not, but the selection they offer has the classics but is far more unique and authentic than others in town. I was particularly excited to find rolled rice noodles with beef stew on the menu, a dish I've ordered each of the times we've gone. The beef is super tender, the gravy rich, and the rice noodles delightfully bouncy. Their garlic bok choy is also delicious. It doesn't sound special but it takes some skill to get this right. Theirs is steamed to a perfect al dente then wok tossed with garlic for a punch of flavor, it's a great refreshing addition to any meal here. My favorite dumpling here has to be Hor Siu Muk (probably spelled wrong) which is a fried sticky rice "dumpling" stuffed with ground pork seasoned with fragrant five spice. The dumpling "skin" is thick with a crispy exterior and chewy interior, making for a fun texture contrast when eating it. This one is so good we always get two orders. Prices are reasonable and I highly recommend visiting! It's run by the owner, service is a little slower and inconsistent, things arrive in an awkward order sometime i.e. food, then plates, and the atmosphere isn't much to write about. Those are the only reason for four and not five stars.

We dropped by the Dim Sum Hut because my sister was craving sui mais. When we walked in, the restaurant was devoid of customers; so when we approached the counter, the proprietor warmly greeted us. We ordered a few items to-go: the beef stew & rice, teriyaki chicken & rice, Spam & pineapple fried rice, an order of the char siiu and pork & vegetable buns, an order of pork w/ shrimp and chicken w/ vegetables sui mai and pot stickers. There was enough food to feed 5 people and all at a reasonable price; I think the total was a little less than $70. Our entire family loved the food, I especially loved the pork & vegetable bao and the beef stew with rice; my nephew polished off the potstickers, he didn't even bother sharing with anyone else. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal at a good price and the portion size is plenty enough to share, if you so choose to.

Get sum Dim Sum! When this place popped up on our search for lunch, we quickly ran across town to give it a try. Small clean place with friendly service that was quick to help us out with the menu we ordered up the Dim Sum Platter and a couple of drinks. Dim Sum Platter came with a perfect portion for two: Shrimp Har Gow Pork Siu Mai Chicken Siu Mai BBQ Pork Bun Pot Sticker Sesame Ball Our drinks of choice were for moi Pink Rose Sparkling Soda and for the hubby Super Fruit Tea, both hand-made and deLISH!! Location was easy to find as it is right on Moana next to the massage place before on the right-hand side of the street before you get to Virginia. Nice staff, yummyyy food and glad we have Dim Sum in Reno!!
